Monday. Somehow, I forgot to post last night.
Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with benecol, canola mayo, mesquite smoked tukey breast; banana; skim milk.
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with benecol and more of that turkey breast; raw string beans; water.
Supper: two baked pork chops with dijon and BBQ sauce; salad (lettuce, carrots, sunflower seeds, parmesan cheese, ranch dressing); creamed corn; 2 glasses merlot.
Exercise: Around the block 5 times= a mile and a quarter.
