I went to the IGA because I wanted to not because I had to take Adrienne.
Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with benecol and tuna mixed with canola mayo; banana; skim milk; dammit! I forgot my vitamin and fish oil!
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo, dijon, provolone, and turkey breast; carrot sticks; water
Supper: pork tenderloin baked with maple bacon strips, dijon, onions; reduction made with white wine, thyme, and benecol; sweet potatoes with benecol; fresh asparagus with cheese sauce made from cream cheese, cheddar, velveeta, and skim milk. 2 glasses of merlot.
Exercise: walked 5 times around the block. That equals about a mile and a quarter.
