I created this blog to record my efforts at losing weight and getting my triglycerides down.
I promise to be absolutely truthful with myself.
Weight this morning: 166 (Normal for me is around 150)
Triglycerides: 219 (Should be lower than 150)
Cholesterol: 223
Breakfast: whole wheat English muffin with 2 thin slices of pepper jack cheese on each half, benecol, lean shredded ham, and a fried egg. I fried it in canola oil instead of the bacon grease my husband wanted his cooked in!
I also had some green seedless grapes and blueberries
8 ounces of skim milk.
