Saturday

Breakfast: 1 WW English muffin with benecol and 1 tsp. canola mayo topped with an omelette made with 2 egg whites but just one yolk and filled with sweet red peppers, lean ham, and pizza cheese; banana; cup of decaf with Bailey's and half and half.

Snack: handful of peanuts

Lunch: 1 Multi-grain tortilla filled with canola mayo, dijon mustard, sweet red pepper, tomatoes, 1 slice of pepperjack cheese, and turkey breast; large glass of skim milk.

So far so good but it is Saturday night and who knows what I'll have later.

I've been pretty busy cleaning house and doing laundry and carrying it up two flights of stairs. Washed hardwood floor and vacuumed and cleaned the bathroom, etc.

Well, I didn't do too bad.

Supper: bowl of chili with pizza cheese and sour cream; 1 piece of corn bread with benecol; 2 glasses of merlot.

Couldn't walk tonight because it was pouring.
