Last night after my walk and my husband went upstairs, I made a dip from seafood salad and cream cheese and had it with Wheat Thins. I probably had about a dozen crackers and about a cup of dip. I hate myself but it's so damn good!
Tonight I did the same thing at the same time. I took 6 Triscuits and put cream cheese and imported ham on them. Again, delicious! BUT, I've got to stop doing this! I'm not sure how but will work on it.
Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with a slice of pepperjack cheese and turkey breast and canola mayo; banana; skim milk; multi and fish oil
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with chicken salad; raw string beans; water.
Supper: 2 slices WW bread with tuna wiggle=1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup skim milk, and 1 can of tuna; carrot sticks; 1 1/2 glasses of merlot.
Exercise: walked around the block 6 times for a total of a mile and a half. I also went to Walmart and walked around there! Yes, that's a chore!
