It was so hard to get up this morning because it was dark now that we've changed to daylight savings time. I hate it! Plus it didn't get dark until after 7 so I had to wait to go for my walk.
Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with benecol, canola mayo, and lean imported ham; banana; skim milk; multi-vitamin, and fish oil capsule.
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo, dijon mustard, and turkey breast; carrot sticks; water.
Supper: chicken breast cooked in cream of mushroom soup and barbecue sauce (not too much of either); baked potato with benecol and 2 tbls. sour cream; fresh string beans with 2 tbls. cheese sauce; 2 glasses of merlot.
Exercise: walked 4 times around the block which equals about a mile. Cold!
