Gary Made Supper!

Breakfast: 1 slice WW bread toasted with benecol and tuna salad; banana; skim milk.

Lunch: 1'2 Ww pita with tuna salad; carrot sticks; water.

Snack: multi, fish oil, slow-release niacin

Supper: 1 WW English muffin, lean improted ham, scrambled eggs with 1 tsp canola mayo; 1 glass skim milk; 2 glasses of merlot for dessert.

It's nasty out tonight. Sleet is all over the street so I don't know if I'll be able to walk. i'll let you know.
