My Bad! Again!

For Supper tonight I had sour cream with Knorr Vegetable Soup and a can of shrimp with Triscuits.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with sweet red peppers, ham, and pepperjack cheese on WW toast with benecol; banana; water, and multi and fish oil

Lunch: 1/2 crabnmeat sandwich with benecol, canola mayo, and lettuce; skim milk

Snack: handfull of dry roasted peanuts, and that dip plus 2 glasses of merlot.
