Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with Smart Balance, canola mayo, pepperjack cheese, and lean imported ham; banana; skim milk
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo and turkey breast; raw string beans; water
Supper: baked chicken; sweet potato with Smart Balance; stuffing; and gravy; 1 glass of merlot
Exercise: I walked 7 times around the block for a total of a mile and 3/4.
