Actually, this week seemed to go fairly quickly. Only Thursday was long because of the brats I have in 3rd block. I even dreamed about them last night. That's bad. And today? They were great! Quiet and industrious. Go figure!
I still weigh about the same but I know these things take time. Like Kylie tells me when I turn the computer on, "Be patient."
Breakfast: 1 WW English muffin (two skinny halves) with benecol and tuna mixed with mayo; banana; skim milk; And I'm going to take my vitamin and fish oil right now! Be back in a jiffy...there, that's done, but it was the last one of each. Now, I'll have to go to Rite Aid, dammit!
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo and lean shaved ham; raw string beans; water
No idea what we'll hve for supper. Leftovers, probably. I think I'll watch the rest of American Idol that I taped last night.
Supper: Leftover Chinese pie, 2 gasses of merlot. But I'm still hungry!
Exercise: I walked around the block 5 times=1 1/4 miles.
