Didn't weight myself this morning because I was dressed by the time I remembered. Tomorrow!
Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with benecol, 1/2 tsp. mayo, dijon, turkey breast; banana; skim milk.
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with 2 tbls. canola mayo, dijon, turkey breast; carrot sticks; water.
Supper: bowl of chili with 2 tbls. pizza cheese and 2 tbls. sour cream; 1 1/2 glasses merlot.
Exercise: walked around the block 7 times which equals about a mile and 3/4.
Had a hair appointment after school so just sat for two hours! Hate that!
