Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with benecol and seafood salad; banana; skim milk; multi and fish oil.
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo, 1 slice pepperjack cheese, and turkey breast; raw stringbeans; water.
Supper: 1 WW pita filled with leftover pork tenderloin and barbecue sauce (pulled pork); carrot sticks; 2 1/2 glasses merlot. I drank so much because Gary got home around 4. I never drink until he gets here which is usually around 5 so that limits my intake.
Exercise: I walked five times around the block for a total of a mile and a quarter plus I jogged each time I got to Fifth Ave, for a quarter of the time I was out there.
