Monday, Monday

Back to school. I have to admit that it was nice to see my kids and talk with them.

Breakfast: 1/2 whole wheat English muffin with 12 tsp. benecol, 1/4 tsp. canola mayo, lean shredded ham; banana; skim milk; 1 Centrum Silver, 1 Fish oil capsule.

Lunch: 1/2 whole wheat pita with 2 tbls. canola mayo, dijon mustard, 1 slice provolone cheese, and turkey breast; carrot sticks; water.

Snack: green seedless grapes

Supper: Chinese Pie: lean hamburg sauteed in olive oil, cream corn, mashed potatoes mashed with benecol and skim milk; 1 and a half glasses of merlot.

Exercise: walked for about a mile and a half tonight. Pretty lazy besides that.
