This is impossible! I weighed myself this morning and weighted 165. I have the hardest time losing wieght! BUT, I have to!
Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with yogurt margarine, canola mayo, turkey breast; banana; skim milk; multi, fish oil, and slo-release niacin.
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo and turkey breast, carrot sticks
Supper: 1 pork chop with vidalia onion, dijon mustard and Bar-B-Q sauce, 1/2 sweet potato; 2 glasses merlot

Back to school
Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with Smart Balance, canola mayo, and maple ham; banana; skim milk
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo and turkey breast; cooked carrots
supper: 1 pork chop baked with dijon mustard and bar-b-que sauce; mashed potatoes with Smart balance and skim milk; creamed corn; 2 1/2 glasses merlot

Supper: charcoaled Porterhouse steak, baked potato with Smart Balance and sour cream; cooked carrots with Smart Balance; homemade WW bread with butter; 2 margaritas

Crazy day trying to get my mom and Gloria on flights because of Skybus's bankruptcy.

Lunch: Eggspectation: cup of loaded potato soup; tuna, tomato, and bacon panini; a few French fries.
Supper: 2 fillet of fish from Mcdonald's at the manchest Airport but I took the top bun off; water

Breakfast: 1 of Aunt dotty's homemade blueberry muffins with buttr and OJ
Lunch: At my cousin Betsy's house after the funeral: 1/2 roast beef sandwich with some kind of flavored mayo and cheese; 1/2 turkey sancwich with cream cheese and cranberries; 6 shrimp cocktail; a couple mouthfuls of Risoto but I didn't like it because it had feta cheese; diet coke (yuck!); 1 turkey sandwich without the bread.
Supper: Cheese Dream: white bread, chedar cheese, mustard, tomatoes, bacon; 2 glasses merlot
