Weekend Eating Woes

FRIDAY

Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with benecol and tuna salad; banana; skim milk

Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with trkey breast, canola mayo; carrot sticks; water

Appetizer: Triscuits with cheese and ham.

Supper: baked chicken; Stove Top stuffing; baked potato with Smart Balance olive Oil and sour cream; 2 glasses merlot


SATURDAY

We went down to pick Kylie up at 9 then didn't eat breakfast until we got home and played for awhile. It was probably 11:30 by the time I had breakfast!

Breakfast: 1/2 banana; 1 WW English muffin with Smart Balance, mayo, swiss cheese, and lean imported ham opend faced; skim milk.

Supper: We went o Shannon Door. I had 2 glasses of merlot and a handful of French fries, and a plate-sized pizza with onions, peppers and mushrooms. I ate the whole thing except the crusts.


SUNDAY

Breakfast: Ham, pepperjack cheese, and 2 fried egg (in canola oil) sandwich on 2 slices of WW Pepperidge Farm toast; skim milk; vitamins

Lunch: chicken sandwich with Smart Balance and canola mayo on WW toast; 3 glasses of merlot.

That's it. We ate breakfast so late and luch so late, tht we weren't hungry for supper.

Exercise: just launbdry from the cellar to the 2n floor. No walk. Just a lazy day!
