Mid-day

Lunch: Multi-grain wrap with about a tablespoon or 2 of canola mayo, 1 slice provolone cheese, tomatoes, sweet red pepper, dijon mustard, and turkey breast. Large glass of skim milk.

Exercise: shoveled the snow for about a half hour
jogged to Rudy's
up and down the stairs for laundry several times.
