Two meaning I ate too much for supper! Two pizzas! Okay, they were small pita pizzas but, really, one would have done it. Good, though!
Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with benecol and seafood salad; banana; skim milk; multi and fish oil.
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo, dijon and turkey breast; raw string beans; water.
Snack: 1/4 egg salad sandwich on white bread at our staff meeting. Most of the treats were sweets so I chose this. Yes, I could have just skipped anything but...
Supper: 2 WW pita pizzas with spaghetti sauce, 2 tbls alfredo sauce, sweet red peppers, chicken breast, and pizza cheese; 1 1/2 glasses of merlot.
Exercise: I walked around the block 6 times which equals about a mile and a half.
