Breakfast: 1 WW English muffin with fried egg in canola oil, benecol, lean importd ham, pepperjack cheese; banana; skim milk
Lunch: 1 WW pita with 2 hot dogs, canola mayo, Howard's Hot Pepper relish, pepperjack cheese; milk
Supper: 2 Margaritas, 1 and 1/2 WW pita with roasted red pepper hummus
Exercise: 1 and 1/2 mile.
Missed my friend Karen's son's wife's shower. I'm so stupid. I had every intention of going but my mind just didn't remember until it was too late. I had a gift and everything. Karen muyst be so pissed at me and I don't blame her!
