Help!!

I want some dip and crackers so bad!

Breakfast: 1 WW English muffin with benecol, a bit of mayo, and shredded imported ham; banana; skim milk; multi and fish oil.

Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo and shredded imported ham; raw string beans; water.

Supper: sauteed onions and peppers and minute steak in bacon grease (Gary cooked; I would have used canola oil or olive oil!) in a multi-grain tortilla with one slice of pepperjack cheese; 2 glasses of merlot.

Exercise: When I got home from school, it was so beautiful so I went for a walk up Hinchey street up 6th Ave to the Russian Church then I meandered through the avenues and returned home an hour later=about 3 miles!
