This is impossible! I weighed myself this morning and weighted 165. I have the hardest time losing wieght! BUT, I have to!
Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with yogurt margarine, canola mayo, turkey breast; banana; skim milk; multi, fish oil, and slo-release niacin.
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo and turkey breast, carrot sticks
Supper: 1 pork chop with vidalia onion, dijon mustard and Bar-B-Q sauce, 1/2 sweet potato; 2 glasses merlot
