Breakfast: !/2 WW English muffin with canola mayo, Smart Balance, and turkey breast; banana; skim milk
Lunch: !/2 WW pita with canola ham and lean importd ham; raw string beans; water
Supper: Chicken casserole with celery, green peppers, onion, cream of mushroom soup, etc. Yummy! 2 glasses merlot.
Exercise: It was raining so I didn't walk.
