Back to school

Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with Smart Balance, canola mayo, and maple ham; banana; skim milk

Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo and turkey breast; cooked carrots

supper: 1 pork chop baked with dijon mustard and bar-b-que sauce; mashed potatoes with Smart balance and skim milk; creamed corn; 2 1/2 glasses merlot
