Breakfast: 1/2 WW English muffin with Smart Balance, canola mayo, turkey breast; banana; skim milk
Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with canola mayo and lean imported ham; raw string beans; water
Supper: 2 hotdogs with WW pita, canola mayo, pepperjack cheese, and Howard's hot pepper relish; 2 1/2 glasses of merlot.
Exercise: Lazy ass night!
