The Challenge!
My friend Dottie and I have challenged each other to lose ten pounds by the end of July.
Here's what I've eaten today:
Breakfast: 2 pieces whole wheat toast with Benecol and tuna mixed with canola mayo. (Okay, I ate the whole can! But there really isn't that much in there! I also used 2 tbls. of the mayo.) and 12 ounces of skim milk
Lunch: a handful of cashews
Appetizer: Too many thin Triscuits with whipped cream cheese. I probably had 15 or so! My bad! Two glasses of merlot
Supper: (I still haven't gone grocery shopping since our return from Florida) a two-egg omelette with 2 slices of Spam, one slice of American cheese, one of gouda, and one of cheddar ( I know, way too much cheese but it's so darn good!) on 2 slices of ww toast with Benecol and canola mayo.
Exercise: Spring cleaned the bedroom and bathroom. Lots of climbing and bending, etc.
