Sunday

Back home and Gary made beakfast and supper.

Breakfast: 1 WW English muffin with pepper jack cheese, fried egg, and bacon; banana; skim milk.

Appetizer: WW pita and roasted red pepper hummus; Triscuts with cheese.

Supper: charcoaled Porterhouse steak, baked potato with Smart Balance and sour cream; cooked carrots with Smart Balance; homemade WW bread with butter; 2 margaritas
