Weighed myself. Still 160.
Breakfast: a one-egg omelette with 1 slice of American and one slice of cheddar with diced Spam on WW toast with Benecol and canola mayo; skim milk (I really need to do groceries!)
Lunch: Had breakfast at 10 am so skipped lunch because I was in the middle of cleaning.
Supper: 2 hotdogs cooked over the fire each in 1/2 WW pita with pepperjack cheese, canola mayo, tomaotes, hot pepper relish, and celery salt; potato and egg salad; 2 glasses merlot
Esercise: More spring cleaning. I got most of the living room done. And i went grocery shopping.
