Breakfast: bowl of Great Greains with banana, sunflower seeds, and skim milk
Lunch: grilled ham and cheese with canola mayo and butter; skim milk
Snack: black bean tortilla chips with dip made from sour cream and salsa; glass of merlot
Supper: tip steak cooked over open fire in a sandwich of ww bread, and butter; potato salad; glass of merlot
Exercise: just puttered around the camper, did some laundry, and went to Sam's Club.
