Breakfast: 1 bowl of Great Grains cereal with a handful of sunflower seeds and sliced banana and skim milk
Lunch: turkey breast on a ww mini bagel with Benecol, canola mayo, swiss cheese, tomatoes; skim milk
Supper: ham and cheese melt (lean imported ham, swiss cheese, ww bread, butter, canola mayo) 2 glasses of merlot.
Exercise: spring cleaned the rest of the living room and the whole kitchen. I'm not feeling as achey so my muscles must be getting used to this activity.
