Almost a Week Later..

And I'm still stuck on 160! Actually, that's probably good since it was the July 4th weekend and we had company for four days. Lots of eating and drinking. So, I guess I should be happy.

BUT, I'm not!

I know I eat the wrong foods. But I just love sandwiches and hate salads. Okay, I don't hate them and, actually, enjoy one once in a while, but, not every day! I know I've got to get better!

And I've got to add more exercise but with the humid conditions, it was hard to do anything. I know; excuses, excuses!

Breakfast: 1 WW English muffin with Benecol, canola mayo, swiss cheese, imported lean ham; skim milk. I tried to write down all the calories and fat and came up with about 500 calories and 25 grams of fat. Too much, huh? Shit!

Lunch: 1/2 WW pita with tuna salad made with canola mayo and Howard's Hot Pepper Relish and pepperjack cheese. I sprayed it with Olive Oil Pam and grilled it. Yummy! I had a glass of skim milk with it.

hey! computer on the fritz. diet too. no way i'll lose 10 pounds. how about by next summer? trying to maintain and not gain. when i eat carbs i blow up like a beach ball. been walking though. the problem is food i've decided. can't seem to live without it.you know what i mean? well off to the dairy bar for lunch with peg. travelin'
